How to Place a Sample Order
1. Send us your requests including the artwork, the dimension, the finishing. If you do not have the artwork, you can send us a picture of the box shape with your printing files, then our engineer will work out the artwork for you.
2. Our engineer will work out the printing files according to your artwork and requests, we will send the printing files to confirm the details.
3. After you confirmed the details, we will collect all materials and arrange the sampling order to our production department.
4. Our quality team will test the quality of the sample after our producing department completed the samples.
5. Once the samples are approved by our quality control department, we will ship them to you through DHL for free.
6. The sampling cost will be refunded if you accept the samples and place the bulk order.
7. If the samples are not acceptable for you, you can ask us to improve the samples or to refund all the sampling costs to you.
