Product overview
A shaped perfume insert should locate the bottle while protecting the intended reveal and removal. Compare assessed foam and folded paperboard approaches against the bottle’s weight, finish and geometry. Define cap and pump clearance separately. Where a specialist contact surface is required, identify the material and evidence needed before the fitment is included in a production quote.
A paperboard fitment and an assessed foam profile create different contact surfaces and removal arrangements. Specify their dimensions against the usable cavity of the chosen carton or rigid box. Keep the bottle finish, cap and pump clearance visible in the brief. Any decorative outer wrap or foil treatment is a separate approval from the insert fit.
An outer-box and fitment proposal organized around a single item or a multi-item layout. Compare paperboard, corrugated and assessed foam supports against the product profile and removal experience.
Applications are indicative. Fit with your vessel or product is verified through dimensions and samples.
