Packaging Product
A cosmetic fitment should account for each container rather than fitting the largest item and leaving the rest loose.
A photo and a rough quantity are enough to start. A pre-production sample is approved before any mass production begins.
Product overview
A cosmetic fitment should account for each container rather than fitting the largest item and leaving the rest loose. Pumps, droppers, jar lids and palettes can need different clearances. Align the insert layout with the reveal order and packing sequence. A common outer box can be evaluated with several fitments where the brand needs different kits, provided each version is sampled.
Use the actual jars, pumps and droppers to compare folded paperboard, corrugated and assessed foam supports. A material route should be selected with loading and removal, not on colour alone. The outer carton or rigid presentation surface can then carry the approved artwork and finishing. Identify each insert version where several kits share one exterior.
An outer-box and fitment proposal organized around a single item or a multi-item layout. Compare paperboard, corrugated and assessed foam supports against the product profile and removal experience.
Applications are indicative. Fit with your vessel or product is verified through dimensions and samples.
